About Me
2009 was a tough year. I couldn't run or work out due to a shoulder injury I had surgery in February 2010 and finally able to see positive gains. Slowly building my base back up and hope to be running 8 minute miles by September.

Different individuals to run with , or someone to collaborate with about running and different work out programs.

Other Things I Like To Do
I am a singer , song writer. I play guitar , bass , harmonica , keyboard. I find that running helps the creative process.
